PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 12 -- Olliance Group, a leader in strategic Open Source consulting services, announced today it has secured a round of private equity funding from strategic partner, CIGNEX Technologies, Inc. CIGNEX helps companies achieve better returns on their web technology investments typically building solutions using open source tools. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

"The CIGNEX investment will help Olliance better serve our clients and offer a broader range of products as we grow our business," said Andrew Aitken, managing partner and founder of Olliance Group. "As the adoption of Open Source continues to accelerate, customer requirements are becoming larger and more complex."
